• This device is adapted for the manufacturing of cheese, but it may be used for pasteurisation fruit juices, milk or other liquids. We can offer semi-automatic, automatic or GSM version. In the semi-automatic version you can set up only one required temperature and time of pasteurization. In the automatic version you can set up two desired temperatures. The whole process is automatic and when the process is complete the device is switched off. You can set the temperature, the time of pasteurisation and you can choose the final temperature or keep the preset temperature. In the GSM version there is an extra remote control and monitoring of the entire process throng your mobile phone.
